Aromatherapy refers to the systematic use of specially prepared essential or aromatic oils in holistic treatments to improve physical and emotional well being. Essential oils are the whole organic substances which give plants their scent, extracted from different parts of the plant flowers, seed,wood,bark and resins. Each oil possesses distinctive therapeuptic properties, penetrating through the skin entering the bloodstream and organs.

I combine my love and skills of both, a deep tissue massage therapist and that of an Aromatherapist, to give you a bespoke treatment. I use a wide range of massage techniques combined with essential oils, all adapted to your individual needs.
