After a serious accident and a long road to recovery, I soon became fascinated by health and wellbeing. I knew then I wanted to apply my enthusiasm to becoming a holistic therapist.
I was aware of the pressure my body had went through and how it was possible to make a good recovery. So my journey began to heal myself and others…
As a result I feel I’ve got good understanding of the importance of self care – it’s not just a token gesture but taking and making daily dedicated time to be kind to ourselves…
This is something I personally have to work on, in order to maintain optimum physical and mental wellbeing.
